The Zenfolio instructions were greek to me. It was so confusing and "above my pay grade" that I doubt I would have been able to make it work myself. It's likely that I would have had to go back to the drawing board to decide on a website provider. You saved me time and Zenfolio should be thankful too since you saved them a customer!

You helped us move our site hosting, including email accounts. You worked around our schedule so there would be no interruption with email. We did not miss any client emails as a result of your care. What specific results did you get after working with IT Arsenal?
We updated our WP child theme Outreach to its responsive version. Unbeknownst to me, the responsive version is a completely different site visually, and ended up calling for a ton of work from Rob that we had no way of anticipating. Rob was brilliant as usual - flexible, continued to positively work through the various issues as they came up, came up with smart solutions. The project drug on much longer than anticipated because it became almost a site rebuild; because of the extra work we ended up in events season at my office which caused more delay. Rob is a team player, I always feel like he's right there whenever we need him and I like that he is solution-based. He seems to quickly get to the heart of a question and his answers are smart and lightning-fast.
Anything else you'd like to add?
If I ever did a theme update like this in the future, I would love to know if there is some way of finding out in advance that the changes are major so that I could plan better, both timing wise and lining up a designer to give the site a better overall feel.

There were a few hiccups with our internal server, but Rob went above and beyond with troubleshooting the issue, even though his part of the migration was completed. Even though it wasn't his problem, he took the time to help us out.

Rob's support is top-notch and he is always quick to respond, a huge plus when it comes to technology and troubleshooting issues.

What specific results did you get after working with IT Arsenal?
I got an email system that is completely unified in one Gmail account. I can access all my email accounts by just logging in to one place, I can send from any one of those email accounts, and basically, I never have to deal with multiple log ins again. It's a dream come true, really, and saves me tons of time each day.

It is a great service, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone with multiple email accounts (personal, business, etc.)
