Jerusalem House provides a continuum of housing and supportive services for homeless and low-income individuals, families, and children affected by HIV/AIDS and leads the community in meeting their needs, specifically in the Atlanta area.
They run a website to house their information, forms, donations, and email marketing. IT Arsenal has worked with Jerusalem House to rebrand colors, add donation links, develop pages, fix form layouts and much more of the last several years.
It’s been a pleasure to work with Renee, and give functionality and life to the WordPress based website. I believe our initial work was a migration to better hosting for the site as they experienced issues with their previous host, but needed to maintain their email routing.
DNS changes, routing a website to one provider and email to another is not uncommon but it does take specific action and set up behind the scenes of a domains address.
Renee has shared her appreciation of IT Arsenal’s instruction videos and quick response time in the past. Our business relationship continues now as they are currently enhancing their donation forms and the notifications when a payment is made. IT Arsenal has of course, set this up using Gravity Forms for integrating with PayPal. Gravity Forms is a favorite solution of ours for flexible forms, that integrate with things like payment processors, email marketing platforms, etc.
Jerusalem house does great community work and IT Arsenal is proud to support them.
Make a donation and help low-income families and the homeless now.
