Tara has been using Teachery.co, a platform for leading classes amongst other things online and wanted to trade in her teachery branded link URL, http://happy-artist-studio.teachery.co/ for something a bit more on brand, particularly her purchased domain http://www.happyartiststudio.com/.
This took some DNS updating at her domain name registrar, Namecheap, and some configuration updates on the Teachery.co website.
Nothing IT Arsenal couldn’t happen, even while quarantining over the global pandemic. It’s refreshing to see small businesses continue to adapt, work and update, and as always it’s a joy to help our clients.
This particular fix took some knowledge of domain name servers, various platform settings, and the use of CNAME records for routing.
