Q&A: I have just noticed that my wordpress username when I reply to a reader is “anth1892” (the beginning of my email address) and not my name, Anthony. It looks very unprofessional and I have been trying to change it but to no avail. How do I change how my WordPress usernames shows up?

Ahh, this one gets a few people.

Log into your WordPress backend and go to Users > Your Profile. There is an option there to change how your name shows up, either by username, or your full name, which is what I think you want.
